Well Deb, I too am Italian and I mean old school. Everything from scratch and one day like you I was at TJ Maxx and thought I would try it as I have been making homemade pizzas and didn’t want to go to a lot of trouble. The sauce is phenomenal it’s not sweet it’s not acidic, and very flavorfull and that too is why I am on this website!!
I too am Italian, old school, everything from scratch. Like Debra I was in TJ Maxx one day and found this jar sauce as I have been making a lot of homemade pizzas and did not want to have to go to all the trouble I decided to buy it. I could not believe this Monte pollino roasted garlic sauce it is absolutely amazing truly amazing. It’s not acidic it’s not sweet and so flavorful. That too was what I am on this website so I can order some more because TJ Maxx is always so hit-or-miss. Thank you !
