Benedetto grew up on homemade, authentic Italian cuisine in the regions of Abruzzi and Sicily. His adventurous spirit brought him back to his birthplace of New York, where he trained with his cousin and MasterChef, cultivating his passion for Italian food. Eventually his enthusiasm for fine food sparked his interest to open multiple restaurants of his own, which he ran for 28 years. He now gets to apply his expertise from the restaurant industry to serve his clients in sales and consulting. He takes pride in delivering the highest quality Italian food producers that Lettieri has to offer. Aside from cooking and dining, Benedetto enjoys wood work, home renovation projects, traveling, and wine tasting.
